Terms and Conditions

Orders

All orders are binding. In the event that the purchaser placing the order is under 18 years of age, the consent of the guardian is required before completion of the purchase.

Goods

By Lelou has endeavoured to give as exact a description of its goods as possible, but cannot guarantee that the colours will exactly match those that can be seen on your computer screen. All items are subject to availability.

Prices

All prices are quoted in Swedish Kronor and are inclusive of 25% VAT.

Payment

Payment is to be made by debit card, via your Pay Pal account, or by advance payment. If you wish to pay by another method, then please contact us on info@bylelou.se

Advance Payment

For advance payments, an invoice will be sent to you on the email address you have given. Goods will be despatched within a few days of receipt of payment.

Delivery

All deliveries are made through Posten. Delivery charges are 29 kr within Sweden and free delivery is available on all orders over 750 kr. Charges within Europe are 79 kr and within the rest of the world are 99 kr.

Cancellation Policy

Customers always retain the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days. The items need to be returned to us unused and with tags, labels and packaging intact.

Please always contact By Lelou before you post the goods back to us.

Returns

Customers will be liable for the costs of return postage. The entire refund amount, except postage costs, will be credited to your account within 10 days of receipt of goods.

You can exchange any unused items if you contact By Lelou. You will be responsible for all return and exchange postage costs. Sale items cannot be exchanged.
