Shipping policy

Items in stock are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days. Made-to-order items are dispatched within the timeframe stated in the product description.

We ship and sell goods within the EU and deliveries normally take between 7-10 business days under normal circumstances.

Delivery dates are based on business days and therefore exclude weekends and public holidays.

Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and production time.

If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as during an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any issues caused by the delivery time. Please wait up to 30 business days before contacting customer service regarding a missing order, and track your order using the tracking number provided.

If you have any questions regarding deliveries, please contact us by email with the subject line "Delivery" so that we can respond as quickly as possible.

For all packages that are not collected, bylelou.se reserves the right to charge the customer 200 SEK to cover the costs of return shipping and handling.

Where is my order? Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 2-5 business days*, provided it does not contain any made-to-order items. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email containing any available tracking information and delivery details.
